We aim to despatch most orders within 2 – 5 working days (Monday to Friday). However if your item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to see how you wish to proceed. Orders that require special delivery must be placed by 2.00pm on weekdays ( Monday to Thursday – Friday orders would be delivered on the Monday, Orders placed over weekend are despatched Monday) These times exclude Bank holidays.
Personalised products are not available for Special delivery. UK delivery only. Multi-able items cannot be combined for one delivery. The personalised products illustrated are sent directly from the makers that help us create them. These will be delivered in 7- 10 days to allow time for personalisation.

Non UK Mainland, Europe & International are sent by Royal Mail International track and signed for delivery, prices are calculated at end basket/cart.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return the item and obtain a refund it must be returned within 30 days of receipt in pristine condition in the original packaging. Please fill in and enclosed the returns slips and securely pack the items. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, please ensure it is returned by a secure signed for delivery method, the customer is also responsible to claim for the loss or damage of the parcel they are returning from the carrier/courier they have used. Please inform us by email if you are returning an item.

RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please check your products on receipt if in the event they are damaged or faulty please notify us immediately in writing by email and we will advise on replacement procedure or refund. There is a 14 day period thereafter to return item. Refunds are only processed on receipt of returned goods.
